THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust Deed,
<br />executed by Mark A Miller and Renee J. Miller, as Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Co. Deed of Trust
<br />dated August 9th, 2004. Instrument number 0200408049, recorded on August 13th, 2004 at the Register
<br />of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconveyto the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said
