<br />State of Nebraska, and at the time of her death, she was married to MARLIN C.
<br />SUCK.
<br />At the time of her death, she and her spouse, MARLIN C. SUCK, were the
<br />owners of record of the following real estate, to -wit:

<br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />(Assessed Value: $273,340.00 _ .74 = $369,378.38 - 2 = $184,689.19)
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE %) and Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) of the County
<br />Subdivision of Lots Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5) and of the South Half of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (SY2SW %), all lying South of the South channel of
<br />the Platte River on the mainland in Section Twenty -Five (25), Township
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6t P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />(Assessed Value: Land $284,632 _ .74 = $384,637.84 + Improvements
<br />$82,465.00 + Outbuildings $41,956.00 = $509,058.84 _ 2 = $254,529.42)
<br />They owned all of their real and personal property as joint tenants or in a joint
<br />trust, and MARLIN C. SUCK, as the surviving joint tenant and beneficiary, is now in
<br />possession of said property. That as a result of this joint ownership, there is no
<br />Federal Estate Tax, State Estate Tax or State Inheritance Tax due.
