KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JAMES W WATERS AND SANDRA K WATERS, to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JUNE 24, 2004 and recorded
<br />AUGUST 16, 2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200408081 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE NORTH FIFTY FEET OF LOT 5 AND THE SOUTH THIRTY FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK
<br />6, BEL AIR ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,

<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
