<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Mark A. Miller and Renee J Miller, husband and wife, as Trustor, to
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 21st day of May, 2004 and
<br />recorded on the 21st day of May, 2004, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska at
<br />Inst. No. 0200405084, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001):
<br />Lot Ten (10), Summerfield Estates Third Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
