<br />IN CONSIDERATION of payment in full of the debt named therein, the undersigned TierOne Bank, a
<br />United States Corporation, hereby releases the Assignment of Leases and Rents dated January 22, 2004,
<br />made by and between Equestrian Meadows, L.L.C. "Borrower ") and TierOne Bank ( "Lender") on the
<br />following described property:
<br />Lots Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), Equestrian
<br />Meadows Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />which was recorded January 26, 2004, as Instrument No. 0200400767, Hall County Register of Deeds,
<br />State of Nebraska.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said TierOne Bank has caused these presents to be executed by its
<br />Senior Vice President.
