<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />John R. Brownell, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust recorded as Document
<br />#99107412, wherein Laurie A. Crumrine was the Grantor/Trustor and Hall County Housing
<br />Authority was Beneficiary, in performance of said trust and by virtue of the power and
<br />authority given to me in and by such instrument, and in consideration of payment of the
<br />debt in full, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and reconveys to Laurie
<br />A. Crumrine, then a single person, Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined
<br />in Nebraska Revised Statutes 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot One (1), Block Three (3), Elm Place Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and its complement described as follows: A triangular piece of
<br />ground in the Southwest corner of Lot Twelve (12), in the County Subdivision
<br />of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE 1/4 SW '/4) of Section
<br />Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West of the
<br />6th P.M., described as follows: Commencing at the iron pin in the SW corner
<br />of said Lot 12, thence running North along the West side of said lot, 16.7
<br />feet; thence South on a line parallel with the West line of Block 3, in Elm
<br />Place Addition, 19.2 feet to the South side of said Lot 12; thence West 9.5
<br />feet along said South line to the point of beginning, being a right angle with
<br />a base of 19.2 feet.
<br />This Reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Trust Deed
<br />recorded as Document #99107412 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
