<br />In Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The undersigned, Ronald E. Obermeier and Dorothy J. Obermeier, husband and wife,
<br />hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising a part of the South Half of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (S1 /2, NE 1/4) of Section Twenty Six (26), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />Beginning at the southeast corner of said South Half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (S 1/2, NE 1/4); thence running northerly, along and upon the
<br />east line of said South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S 1/2, NE 1/4), a
<br />distance of Seven Hundred Twenty Six and Sixteen Hundredths
<br />(726.16) feet; thence deflecting left 90 °00'00" and running westerly, a
<br />distance of Forty (40.0) feet; thence running southwesterly, along and
<br />upon the arc of a curve to right whose radius is 1,422.42 feet, a
