<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated March 3, 2003 and recorded March 4, 2003 as
<br />Instrument # 0200302598, which was extended on March 29, 2004 and recorded on April 1, 2004 as
<br />Instrument No. 0200403127 in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE IN
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; .
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT ONE (1), COUNTRY MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
