Vasquez <br />410 West 6`h Street <br />Grand Island NE 68801 <br />which mailing of notice frilly complied with the requirements of said statute; and <br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1007, Statutes of Nebraska, the Trustee gave written <br />notice of the time and place of sale particularly describing the property to be sold by publication of such <br />notice, commencing on October 2, 2004 and continuing once each week for five (5) consecutive weeks, <br />the last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of such <br />sale, in The Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />which notice fully complied with the requirements of said statute; and <br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1008, Statutes of Nebraska, on the 6th day of October, <br />2004, the Trustee mailed, by certified mail, with postage prepaid, a copy of the notice of the time and <br />place of sale, addressed to the following interested parties, to -wit: <br />Edward G. Vasquez <br />410 West 6`h Street <br />Grand Island NE 68801 <br />which mailing of notice fully complied with the requirements of said statutes; and <br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1009, Statutes of Nebraska, on the 12`h day of November, <br />2004 at 10:15 A.M., being the time and place designated in the Notice of Trustee's Sale, Arend R. Baack, <br />Attorney for the Trustee, sold said property at public auction to American General Financial Services, Inc., <br />being the highest bidder, for the sum of $33,100.57, which sale fully complied with the requirements of <br />said statute. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee, and <br />in consideration of the sum of $33,100.57 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, <br />2 <br />
