Vasquez 410 West 6`h Street Grand Island NE 68801 which mailing of notice fully complied with the requirements of said statutes; and WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1009, Statutes of Nebraska, on the 12`h day of November, 2004 at 10:15 A.M., being the time and place designated in the Notice of Trustee's Sale, Arend R. Baack, Attorney for the Trustee, sold said property at public auction to American General Financial Services, Inc., being the highest bidder, for the sum of $33,100.57, which sale fully complied with the requirements of said statute. NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee, and in consideration of the sum of $33,100.57 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, 2
