<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 10, 1999 executed by JERRY L RAPP and JOAN L S 50
<br />RAPP, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was Entered as Instrument Numbers 99- 105966 on June
<br />11, 1999 in the Hall County Register of Deed's Office.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block One (1), in Blain Addition to the City of Grand Island, hall County, Nebraska.
