<br />Affiant, MARINE K. RUPP, after being first duly sworn on oath,
<br />deposes and states as follows: /O•Sc�
<br />1. That Affiant is the surviving spouse of WILLIAM RUPP, who
<br />died June 7, 2004, as shown by the certified copy of the Decedent's
<br />Death Certificate attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this
<br />reference incorporated herein; that Exhibit "A" is a certified copy
<br />of the original Certificate of Death on file with the Bureau of
<br />Vital Statistics, Department of Health, State of Nebraska.
<br />2. That Affiant and the said Decedent were husband and wife
<br />on the date of the Decedent's death on June 7, 2004, and were on
<br />said date the sole owners as joint tenants, not tenants in common,
<br />of the real estate legally described as follows:
<br />The South 40' of the
<br />Lot Seventeen (17),
<br />Island, Hall County,
<br />North 73.66 Feet of the West 132 Feet of
<br />Home Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Nebraska.
<br />3. On the date of the death of WILLIAM RUPP on June 7, 2004,
<br />the undersigned Affiant was the surviving joint owner of the above -
<br />described property and the surviving spouse of WILLIAM RUPP.
<br />4. By virtue of the death of WILLIAM RUPP, the undersigned
<br />Affiant, MAXINE K. RUPP, became the sole owner of the above -
<br />described real estate.
<br />FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
