<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under Trust Deed filed for record
<br />on June 29, 1994, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 94- 105621, executed by Randy L. Dethlefs, an unmarried person, as
<br />Trustors, in which The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede,
<br />Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of
<br />an obligation for which nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt
<br />payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such default
<br />the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deeds are accelerated as of November 9,
<br />2004; be notified that because of such default the undersigned has elected to sell or
<br />cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation under the Trust Deed; the
<br />trust property affected is as follows:
<br />The North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (N' /2SW' /<NW' /a) of
<br />Section Nine (9), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract deeded to the State of Nebraska as recorded
<br />in Deed Book 77, Page 61 and excepting a certain tract deeded to the State of Nebraska
<br />as recorded in Document No. 93- 108863.
