MORTGAGE FOR REAL PROPERTY <br />This MORTGAGE, made by Centro de Vida Cristiana, of 2921 Roselawn Drive, <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska 68801, Mortgagor (hereafter referred to as Mortgagor), <br />to Heartland Baptist District, of 601 West 57`h Street, Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57108, <br />Mortgagee (hereafter referred to as Mortgagee). <br />WITNESSETH, That said Mortgagor hereby mortgages to said Mortgagee, the <br />following described real property situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to wit: <br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Twelve (12) in John W. Lambert's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />also known as 1414 E. 6`h Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801; <br />as security for the payment to said Mortgagee of the principal sum of Forty Thousand and <br />no /100 Dollars ($40,000.00), and interest thereon at Five Percent (5 %) per annum from date, <br />according to a certain Promissory Note executed by the parties hereto; the first payment of <br />principal only in the amount of Four Thousand, Four Hundred Dollars ($4,400.00) is due and <br />payable on November 1, 2004.
