DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Lee's Family
<br />Restaurant, Inc. as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK, N. A., FKA NORWEST
<br />BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of February 1, 1994,
<br />and recorded on February 2, 1994, as Instrument No. 94- 100927, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said
<br />Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is
<br />executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Legal Description:
<br />Lot 1, Hermes Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, subject to an
<br />easement over the Westerly 20 feet for ingress and egress of motor vehicles to and from
<br />Lots 2 and 3 in Hermes Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted
<br />and recorded.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as
<br />of July 23, 2004.
