Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally <br />described as follows: "hb <br />Lot 22, Block "B ", in Parkview Subdivision, located in the NE' /4 of Section <br />29 and N W '/4 of Section 28 in Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6`F' <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the installment <br />payments due under the Deed of Trust from May, 2004 through October, 2004 with a total current amount due <br />and owing of $1,675.36.
