<br />29 and N W '/4 of Section 28 in Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6`F'
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust from May, 2004 through October, 2004 with a total current amount due
<br />and owing of $1,675.36. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Trustee, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Uk/a
<br />Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, for all fees and costs associated with this default and
<br />recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute § 76 -1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., f/k/a Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska,
<br />National Association, has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation
<br />referred to above.
