Box 160, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee <br />under the Deed of Trust executed by STEPHEN R BELTZER AND JACQUELINE R <br />SELTZER HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Truster, in which EQUITABLE FEDERAL <br />SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, formerly known as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated SEPTEMBER 29. 2003, and recorded <br />OCTOBER 3. 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as <br />Instrument No. 0200313254 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance.
