<br />of ONE dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto: David B. Hardenberger and Nancy L. Hardenberger, Husband and Wife, As Joint Tenants,
<br />(hereinafter called "Grantee "), whether one or more, the following described property described as follows:

<br />Northeast Quarter (NEl /4) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township Twelve (12) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12) West of the 6' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the South line of Syria Street of
<br />the First Addition to the Village of Cairo, as shown by the recorded Plat thereof and the
<br />West line of High Street, if extended South; running thence South on the West line of
<br />High Street, if so extended, a distance of 100 feet; running thence West on a line parallel
<br />to the South line of Syria Street a distance of 140 feet, thence North on the line parallel to
<br />the West line of High Street, if so extended, a distance of 100 feet, to the South line of
<br />Syria Street; thence running East on the South line of Syria Street 140 feet to the point of
<br />commencement.
<br />NOTE: This deed is not effective until
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the title to
<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.
<br />The foregoing property was acquired by Grantor pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. § 1701 et seq.)
