<br />under the Deed of Trust executed by NICKIE J KALLOS AND ROSIE K KALLOS. HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, formerly known as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as
<br />Trustee, dated JUNE 4, 2001 , and recorded JUNE 6. 2001., in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200105395 regarding the real
<br />estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the trust deed, dated JUNE 4, 2001, executed by NICKIE J KALLOS AND ROSIE K
<br />KALLOS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee,
<br />and recorded on JUNE 6, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />State of Nebraska, as Document No. 200105395, has been paid on NOVEMBERS, 2004:
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Federal Savings Bank, formally known as The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank, Successor to The Equitable Building
<br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as beneficiary named in such trust deed, the
<br />undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without
<br />warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under such trust deed
<br />in that portion of the property described therein, located in HALL County, State of
<br />Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />THE NORTH 66 FEET OF LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK NINETEEN (19), IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described
<br />in the trust deed.
