<br />Lessee, such Lease commenced October 1, 2004, and terminates September 30, 2039, and pertains to:
<br />The Southerly One -Half of Lot Fifteen (15), and all of Lot Sixteen (16), having a lake front footage of 70 feet, situated on the East
<br />side of the East portion of Kuester Lake and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1 /4) in Section
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11), Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly side by
<br />the common road.
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtor to HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, (Secured Party) as
<br />additional security for payment of a note in the amount of $28,129.04 and a Financing Statement or mortgage
<br />covering the above - described premises and securing payment of said note.
<br />Such assignment to remain effective until said note is paid.
