<br />NANCY K. CARRUTHERS, ASSIGNOR, does hereby assign to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment
<br />of a loan made to Assignor by Assignee in the amount of $28,129.04, the Lease dated OCTOBER 1, 2004,
<br />wherein KUESTER LAKE, INC., is the Lessor and Assignor is the Lessee, such Lease commencing
<br />OCTOBER 1, 2004, and terminating SEPTEMBER 30, 2039, pertaining to following- described premises:
<br />The Southerly One -Half of Lot Fifteen (15), and all of Lot Sixteen (16), having a lake front footage of 70 feet,
<br />situated on the East side of the East portion of Kuester Lake and being on a part of the East Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1 /4) in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11), Range Nine (9), West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly side by the common road.
<br />It is understood that if the Assignor pays said indebtedness of $28,129.04 with interest and according to
<br />the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of
<br />said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect.
