<br />under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, for and
<br />in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER GOOD AND
<br />VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />does hereby convey to RUSSELL L. GEIST and LISA A. GEIST, Husband
<br />and Wife, Grantee, as Joint Tenants, whether one or more, the
<br />following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Four (4), Deadwood Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to
<br />the same belonging, and all the estate, title, interest, claim or
<br />demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any

<br />free from encumbrances except as stated herein;
<br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
