Milton and Debbie R. Milton, husband Qde� <br />wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration <br />received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell: convey and confirm unto Richard B. Dalton and Debra A.
