<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE

<br />of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee
<br />under the Deed of Trust executed by ROJEAN A FELDMAN FHA ROJEAN A ROGERS AND
<br />BRYCE FELDMAN HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Truster, in which EQUITABLE FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, formerly known as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated SEPTEMBER 22. 2003, and recorded
<br />SEPTEMBER 29. 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska
<br />as Instrument No. 200312967 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3
<br />below.
<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the trust deed, dated SEPTEMBER 22. 2003, executed by ROJEAN A FELDMAN FNA
<br />ROJEAN A ROGERS AND BRYCE FELDMAN HUSBAND AND WIFE, as truStOr, to Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, and recorded on SEPTEMBER 29.2003, in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 200312967 ,
<br />has been paid on October 29, 2004:
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Federal Savings Bank, formally known as The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank, Successor to The Equitable Building
<br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as beneficiary named in such trust deed, the
<br />undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without
<br />warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under such trust deed
<br />in that portion of the property described therein, located in HALL County, State of
<br />Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7), IN SCHEEL SUBDIVISION, BEING A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF
<br />THE SE1/4 SWI /4 IN SECTION THIRTY -TWO (32) TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE
<br />(9), WEST OF THE 6T" P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described
<br />in the trust deed.
