<br />DEED OF TRUST AND SECURITY AGREEMENT
<br />This Deed of Trust is made , 2004, among NANCY J. WELLENSIEK
<br />and DON R. WELLENSIEK, wire and husband, whose address is 19560 W. Denman Road, Rt. "►'S-
<br />1, Box 76, Kenesaw, NE 68956 -9607, Trustor, whether one or more (hereinafter referred to as 'S0
<br />'Borrower "), Charles W. Hastings, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 1044, Hastings, Nebraska 68902-
<br />1044 (herein "Trustee "), and Charles D. Westing and Waunetta Westing, husband and wife, whose
<br />address is 15110 W. 94th, Prosser, Nebraska 68883 -1716, (hereinafter referred to as "Lender ").
<br />Borrower, in consideration of the indebtedness herein recited and the trust herein created,
<br />irrevocably grants and conveys to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, all of their leasehold rights
<br />in the following described property located in the County of Adams, State of Nebraska:
<br />A parcel located in the West Half (W /2) of Section Thirty -one (31), Township Nine
<br />(9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6`' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at a point where the North right -of -way line of West Denman Road
<br />intersects with the East line of the West Half of said Section 31 as the point of
<br />beginning; thence westerly along the North right -of -way line of West Denman Road
<br />a distance of 665 feet to a point; thence on a straight line northerly a distance of 390
<br />feet to a point which is the western terminus of a straight line 675 feet in length the
<br />eastern terminus of which is located on the East line of the West Half of said Section
<br />31 which is 260 feet North of the North right -of -way line of West Denman Road;
<br />thence turning right and proceeding easterly along said line a distance of 675 feet to
<br />a point on the East line of the West Half of said Section 31 at a point which is 260
<br />feet North of the northern right -of -way line of West Denman Road; thence southerly
<br />along the East line of the West Half of said Section 31 a distance of 260 feet to the
<br />point of beginning.
<br />As further consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, Borrower irrevocably grants and
<br />assigns to Trustee and Lender, as secured party, a security interest in all of the following collateral
<br />which is personal property now or hereafter owned by Borrower or in which Borrower now or
<br />hereafter has any rights and which is now or hereafter located on or at, or affixed or attached to, or
