<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, f /k/a City National Bank and
<br />Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed bN Robert
<br />J Samuelson and Marlene K Samuelson, husband and wife, as Trustor to Heritage Bank f /k/a
<br />City National Bank and Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the beliefit of
<br />Beneficiary, dated as of June 20, 1989, and recorded June 30, 1989, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 89- 103341 has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
<br />warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
<br />by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following described premises but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W % SW '/4), Section Twenty -Nine (29), Township Nine (9) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a certain tract of land
<br />deeded to the State of Nebraska, recorded in Book 156, Page 574 of the Deed Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and excepting therefrom a certain tract of land deeded to the State of Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Document No. 82- 003224 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Provided that the remainder of the land described in the Deed of Trust, together Nvith all
<br />buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to the remaining land, shall
<br />remain subject to the Deed of Trust.
