Capital Ave. The <br />easement is for the purpose of housing the irrigation well and providing a strip of land to move <br />irrigation water from the well to the adjacent farm field. The seller of 11960 W. Capital Ave., or <br />the subsequent owner of the adjacent farm field, shall be totally responsible for all up -keep and <br />any liability concerning the well, well house and irrigation pipe.
