<br />1. I am currently a partner of BBRE, a Wisconsin general partnership. On September 7,
<br />2004, a "Domestic or Foreign Limited Liability Partnership Registration Statement' was filed in
<br />the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions office. The purpose of this document was to
<br />elect to have BBRE become a limited liability partnership, under chapter 178 of the Wisconsin
<br />Statutes. This registration statement also changed the name of the partnership to "BBRE LLP ".
<br />2. This affidavit is being filed with respect to properties owned by BBRE to evidence the
<br />fact that BBRE is now a limited liability entity, known as `BBRE LLP ".
