<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />RONALD E POWERS AND LADONNA R POWERS, HUSBAND AND WIFE to
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />4/7/99 1/29/02 and recorded 4/15/99 2/8/02 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 99- 103877 200201533 has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE NORTHERLY ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE AND FOUR TENTHS FEET (183.4')
<br />OF LOT ELEVEN (11) OF GEER SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 6, 7, AND 9 OF GARRETT'S
<br />SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF El /2 OF SECTION 9, 'TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 9
<br />WEST OF THE SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDAN.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
