<br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
<br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the
<br />Conditional Assignment to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, by NANCY K. CARRUTHERS, of a Lease dated October
<br />1, 2004, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and NANCY K. CARRUTHERS, is the
<br />Lessee, such lease commenced October 1, 2004, and terminates September 30, 2039,
<br />and pertains to:
<br />The Southerly One -Half of Lot Fifteen (15), and all of Lot Sixteen (16),
<br />having a lake front footage of 70 feet, situated on the East side of the
<br />East portion of Kuester Lake and being on a part of the East Half of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (E12SW1/4) in Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly side by the common road
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said
<br />Debtor to Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as
<br />additional security for payment of a Note in the amount of EIGHT FIVE THOUSAND and
<br />NO /100 DOLLARS ($85,000.00) and a Financing Statement or mortgage covering the
<br />above - described premises and securing payment of said Note.
<br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid.
