<br />NANCY K. CARRUTHERS, ASSIGNOR, does hereby assign to HOME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as
<br />additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignor by Assignee in the amount of
<br />$85,000.00 the Lease dated October 1, 2004, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and
<br />Assignor is the Lessee, pertaining to the following- described premises:
<br />The Southerly One -Half of Lot Fifteen (15), and all of Lot Sixteen (16),
<br />having a lake front footage of 70 feet, situated on the East side of the
<br />East portion of Kuester Lake and being on a part of the East Half of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (E12SW1/4) in Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) Range Nine (9), West of the 6t" P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly side by the common road
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $85,000.00 with
<br />interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the
<br />Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void
<br />and of no further force nor effect.
