NOTICE OF SUIT
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the au Ay of October, 2004, Deutsche Bank National Trust
<br />Company, f/k/a Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., as Trustee for Asset Backed Securities Corporation
<br />Long Beach Home Equity Loan Trust 2000 -LB1, by and through its loan servicing agent, Washington Mutual
<br />Bank, F.A., as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Kevin L.
<br />Hopkins, Debra L. Hopkins, and John Doe and Jane Doe, real names unknown, as defendants, the object and
<br />prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Kevin L.
<br />Hopkins and Debra L. Hopkins, husband and wife, to Investors Title Insurance, Trustee for the benefit of North
<br />County Real Estate, Inc., d/b /a HMC Funding, Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate
<br />hereinafter described of the above -named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter
<br />described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust, and to obtain other equitable
<br />relief; that such deed of trust is dated June 21, 2000, and was recorded July 14, 2000, as Instrument Number
<br />0200005730 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following
<br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 9 North, Range
<br />10 West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northeast Comer of said Northeast Quarter, Section 30; thence running
<br />Southerly along the Easterly line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 440 feet; thence running
<br />Westerly and parallel to the Northerly line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 297 feet; thence
<br />running Northerly and parallel to the Easterly line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 440 feet
<br />to a point on the Northerly line of said Northeast Quarter: thence running Easterly along the
<br />Northerly line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 297 feet to the point of beginning;
<br />such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the Long Beach Mortgage Company by written
<br />assignment recorded on July 14, 2000, as Instrument Number 0200005731 of the Mortgage Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written
<br />assignment recorded on June 28, 2004, as Instrument Number 0200406396 of the Mortgage Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
