Ruiz and Kelly L. Ruiz, husband and wife, are the Trustors under the Trust <br />Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Bank of Clarks as Trustee under the Trust <br />Deed as security on a note payable to Bank of Clarks. <br />4.
