COMES NOW, Farmers State Bank, a Branch of Bank of Clarks, and states that:
<br />1. It is the Trustee under the Trust Deed recorded in the office of the Hall County Register
<br />of Deeds, at Instrument Number #0200113617 of the Hall County Mortgages Records.
<br />2. That Allen Vargason is the Trustor under the Trust Deed.
<br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Farmers State Bank as Trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Farmers State Bank.
<br />4. The legal description of the said real property is:
<br />Lot 1 Jensen Acres Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />A breach of an obligation secured by the Trust property has occurred and the Beneficiary
<br />and trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation, to -wit:
<br />failure to pay notes now overdue, note number 19224 and failure to maintain insurance.
<br />After the lapse of not less than one month, if the default has not been cured, the Trustee is
<br />entitled to give Notice of Sale according to law.
