<br />2. That Allen Vargason is the Trustor under the Trust Deed.
<br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Farmers State Bank as Trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Farmers State Bank.

<br />A breach of an obligation secured by the Trust property has occurred and the Beneficiary
