<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />August 20, 2004 executed by John P. Bellamy and Bonnie S. Bellamy, husband and wife, as
<br />Trustor(s), in which Geneva State Bank, a Nebraska corporation, is named as Beneficiary and as
<br />Trustee, which is recorded in Instrument #0200408641 Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />has received from the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that it has
<br />received payment in full of the Note or Notes secured by said Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note
<br />secured by said Deed of Trust has been surrendered to the undersigned as Trustee for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed of Trust
<br />in following described real estate, to -wit:
