<br />Beneficiary and Trustee, and which was filed for record on February 17, 1999 as Instrument No. 99-
<br />101779 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys
<br />property legally described as follows:
<br />Lot 8, Block 123, Union Pacific Railway Company's Second
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment
<br />of the final payment due February 10, 2004, with a total current amount diie and owing of
<br />$63,783.01. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Trustee, The Overland National Bank of
<br />Grand Island, n /k/a Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., for all fees and costs associated with this default and
<br />recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute § 76 -1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, n /k/a
<br />Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the
<br />obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation
<br />and Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76 -1012. -
