<br />The South 189.08' of the North 945.32' of the
<br />North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N 1/2 SW
<br />1/4) of Section Twenty -Six (26), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the
<br />6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, containing
<br />11.46 acres, more or less,
<br />subject to easements, restrictions and encumbrances of record,
<br />and unpaid real estate taxes.
<br />GRANTOR has determined that GRANTEE is the person entitled
<br />to distribution of the real estate from the estate.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power
<br />and lawful authority to convey and release the real estate to
<br />GRANTEE.
