The real estate being or intended to be improved or directly benefitted is that real <br />estate more particularly described as Lot 26,- Grand West Fourth Subdivision in the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. a. The contracting owner is: Famos Construction, Inc. <br />b. The address of contracting owner is: 540 East Capital, Grand Island, NE <br />C. The interest of the contracting owner in the real estate is: fee simple <br />ownership. <br />d. If, after this Notice of Commencement is recorded, a lien is recorded as to an <br />improvement covered by this Notice of Commencement, the lien has priority from the time <br />this Notice of Commencement is recorded. <br />4.
