<br />Said indebtedness has been paid, the purposes of the trust have been fully satisfied, and a request for reconveyance has been
<br />made by the Beneficiary.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
<br />sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto Cindy J. Martin, a single
<br />person, their heirs, successors and assigns, all the right, title and interest which the Trustee has under and by virtue of said Deed of
<br />Trust in and to the real estate described in the Deed of Trust.
