Gregg J. Stratman, District Counsel, 11145 Mill Valley Road, Omaha, NE 68154 is
<br />hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust by executed by Monico
<br />C. Andrade and Marcia S. Andrade, Husband and Wife, with Stephen M. Cramer,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of the Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration,
<br />Beneficiary, dated November 12, 1980 and recorded on November 12, 1980 in
<br />Document #80- 006479 in the Mortgage Records of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, covering real estate described as:
<br />Lot Three, Galvan Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />That the indebtedness secured by the above described Deed of Trust has been paid,
<br />and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this deed of reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Successor Trustee does
<br />by these presents, grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to the Trustee by or through such
<br />Trust Deed in the real estate described above. Together with all buildings, fixtures,
<br />improvements and appurtenances to such premises.
<br />This is to certify that the above named Successor Trustee has been requested in writing
