<br />and Elizabeth L. Rodas as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated August 1, 199, and recorded in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 97-
<br />106337 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
