<br />and Elizabeth A. Henriquez as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated August 23, 1996, and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number
<br />96- 107096 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
<br />AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book
<br />Page or Instrument Number has been paid; and
