<br />Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance
<br />Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated March 30, 1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 98- 102947 and Beneficial
<br />Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly
<br />known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book Page or
<br />Instrument Number has been paid; and
