<br />Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 98- 102947 and Beneficial
<br />Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly
<br />known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book Page or
