<br /> written notice to it by Seneficiary; or
<br /> (b) Trustar s�all default in the due performance
<br /> or observanae o� any term, aovenant or agreement con-
<br /> tained in Seation 1.18 and such default shall continue
<br /> unremedied for a period of twenty (20) Business Days
<br /> after written notice to it by Senefxciary; provided,
