Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />CAROL A HANSEN, A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated OCTOBER 17, 2003 and recorded
<br />OCTOBER 28, 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200314249 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
