<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated July 28,
<br />2003, and recorded July 29, 200-4, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200309813, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered ALSO releasing the Collateral Assignment of Leases and Rents
<br />recorded July 29, 2003 as Instrument No. 0200309814 and Deed of Trust Modification Agreement dated
<br />June 30, 2004 and recorded July 9, 2004 as Instrument No. 0200406770:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3), Setag Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
