Tockey, husband and wife, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on February <br />1, 1994 as Instrument No. 94- 100896 of the Mortgage Records, which Deed of Trust conveyed the <br />following described real estate, to -wit: <br />LOT 14, BUENAVISTA SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
