QDeed of Reconveyance <br />n <br />n <br />rn <br />D <br />X <br />S <br />QDeed of Reconveyance <br />(Nebraska) <br />Know All Men By These Presents, That, Whereas, Big B, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation of the County of <br />Hall, in the State of Nebraska, by Supplemental Deed of Trust dated the 26th day of March, 2002, and . <br />duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, on the � <br />2nd day of April, 2002, as Instrument No. 0200203589, of the records in said office conveyed to Bruce I. <br />Smith, as Trustee, to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein on the following real <br />estate described in said Deed of Trust. <br />See Attached Exhibit "A" <br />And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said trust have been fully satisfied; <br />Now, Therefore, at the request of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the legal holder of the <br />indebtedness secured by said Supplemental Deed of Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in <br />further consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby <br />acknowledged, I, as Trustee, do hereby remise, release and quit -claim unto the present owner or owners of <br />said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, <br />title and interest which I have under acrd by virtue of said Deed of Trust in and to the said real estate in <br />said Deed of Trust particularly described, reference to which is hereby made for greater certainty. <br />To Have And To Hold The Same, together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging forever.
