Lot Seven (7), Block Eight -Five (85), Wheeler & Bennett's Fourth Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Major Mortgage, Beneficiary of said Deed of <br />Trust which was recorded on December 1, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 97- 110075. <br />On or about November 26, 1997, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial <br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
