<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Duaine L.
<br />Nelson and Cheryl L. Nelson; husband and wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO
<br />BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of September 12, 2003, and
<br />recorded on September 15, 2003, as Instrument No. 200312186, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said
<br />Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is
<br />executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Property: Parcel 1: Lot 15, Block 15, in Scarfs Addition to West Lawn, an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (1808 Lafayette Ave)
<br />AND
<br />Parcel 2: Lot 11 and the North 44.25 Feet of Lot 13, Block 10, University Place, an Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (2210 -2212 Howard Ave)
