Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on April 12, 2002 in Instrument No. 200203984 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Washington Mutual Bank, FA on March 5, 2002 and recorded on April 19, 2002 at Instrument No. 0200204267 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes.
